Meldir is the managing partner at Matias. With over 9 years of experience, she advises Russian and international companies on the legal protection of intellectual property, data privacy, digital regulation, and startup legal support.

She has a diverse background as both an external legal advisor and an in-house counsel. Prior to founding her own firm, she led a practice at an international law firm, successfully representing clients in trademark, copyright, and domain name disputes.

Meldir actively contributes to academic research in IT law, teaches courses, and publishes materials on the legal regulation of technology and the internet.
